Mr. Vaughn is an associate with Gogick, Byrne & O’Neill, LLP. He has more than ten years of litigation experience, including four years litigating various construction related matters on behalf of design professionals in Federal and State trial and appellate courts in New York and New Jersey. His experience also includes resolving matters by way of mediation and arbitration.
Mr. Vaughn earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science at Morehouse College in 1996 and he received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1999. Mr. Vaughn is admitted to the bars of the States of New York and New Jersey and the U.S. District Courts of New York, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts as well as the District of New Jersey.
Mr. Vaughn is also a member of various legal associations including, the Metropolitan Black Bar Association, Garden State Bar Association and Kings County Inns of Court.
